Alnwick Farmers' Market — June
Monthly farmers' market held on the last Friday of each month, with local cheese, sausages, artisan breads, cakes, game, beef, lamb, fish, and North East arts and crafts.
About This Event
Alnwick Farmers' Market takes place on the last Friday of each month in the historic Market Place, surrounded by cobbled streets and traditional buildings. A host of friendly, knowledgeable traders sell fresh local produce — Northumberland cheese, sausages, artisan breads, homemade scones and cakes, game meat, beef, lamb, and fish — alongside a small selection of locally produced arts and crafts. During peak months, local buskers add to the atmosphere and there are occasionally birds of prey on display in the square. It's a lovely way to spend a Friday morning in one of Northumberland's finest market towns — pick up supplies, then head for coffee in one of Alnwick's many cafes.
