Over the Dunes is something genuinely new for the North East — a fully sober, alcohol-free festival set among the stunning dunes of Druridge Bay. Organised by Conscious Clubbing Newcastle to celebrate their fourth anniversary, it features DJs, live musicians, wellbeing sessions, sauna and sea dips, creative workshops, and family-friendly camping. The festival runs across two days (11-12 July) in one of Northumberland's most beautiful coastal settings. A refreshing alternative to the usual festival scene, welcoming everyone — whether sober-curious, in recovery, or simply looking for a different kind of weekend out.
