About 6th Morpeth Scout Group

6th Morpeth Scout Group is part of the Castle Morpeth District of Northumberland Scouts and is kindly hosted at Morpeth Methodist Church Hall on Howard Terrace, in the centre of town. It runs sections for Beavers (ages six to eight), Cubs (eight to ten and a half), Scouts (ten and a half to fourteen) and Explorers (fourteen to eighteen), with meetings across the week offering a mix of games, badge work, teamwork and outdoor activities.

The group is run entirely by volunteers, and like all Scouting it can offer more places when it has more adult helpers, so parents who can spare a little time are always welcome alongside their children. Sections can fill up, so it is worth registering interest early. You can find section details and get in touch through the group's website or by emailing 6thmorpethgsl@gmail.com.
