About Morwick Dairy Ice Cream
Morwick Dairy is a farm ice cream parlour at Morwick Farm, Acklington, near Morpeth, where traditional farmhouse-style ice cream is made using milk from the farm's own pedigree Ayrshire and Holstein herd. Housed in a converted part of the milking shed, the parlour lets visitors watch the cows while they enjoy their ice cream, with a wide and ever-changing range of flavours from classics through to more unusual creations such as rhubarb and ginger, apple crumble and Oreo. There is an adventure play area in front for children, making it a popular family stop on a Northumberland coast day out.
