The Pavilion Tipi is a seasonal pop-up tipi bar in Carlisle Park, Morpeth, that has run both summer and festive winter stints. It serves ice-cold drinks alongside stone-baked pizza from Le Petite Pizza Truck, with live music every weekend. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating and is family and dog-friendly, typically open Thursday to Sunday with visitors welcome from lunchtime, food available from the afternoon and live music in the evening. Its festive editions have featured additional traders including Hummingbird Cocktails, One Burgers, The Greekster and Trigo Wood Fire Pizza. Following its success it has been granted planning permission for a summer run of up to eight weeks in Carlisle Park.
