About Rigg & Furrow

Rigg & Furrow is a farmhouse brewery at Acklington Park Farm, a few miles north of Morpeth, brewing since 2017 in a former milking parlour on the family farm. The taproom sits next to the brewhouse and pours ten or more of the brewery's own farm-fresh beers, alongside speciality coffee, wine, cider, local gin, alcohol-free beer and soft drinks, with rotating street food vendors. There is indoor seating and a paddock looking out over the Northumberland countryside, and the taproom opens on Fridays and Saturdays only (1pm to 9pm on the autumn and winter timetable).

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome, and so are children, though it is a working farm so they need supervising. There is a large car park with accessible parking and an accessible toilet; the postcode does not lead straight to the taproom, so follow the roadside sign. The farm's End Hemmel barn is also a wedding and events space and hosts the Forage markets of independent makers, including a Christmas market, and the taproom runs a charity quiz on the third Friday of each month. Groups of six or more can reserve a table by emailing hello@riggandfurrow.co.uk.
