About First Gymnastics Morpeth

First Gymnastics runs recreational weekly gymnastics classes and school-holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 in Morpeth. Classes last around 55 minutes and are organised into age and ability groups, using apparatus such as bars, vaults, trampettes and air tracks to teach jumps, rolls, balancing and vaulting. The programme is designed to build core gymnastics skills alongside strength, coordination, flexibility and confidence, following a 'Smile, Move, Grow' ethos of fun, safe and engaging sessions. All coaches are qualified and DBS checked, and an awards scheme recognises effort, progress and support for others. Holiday camps are open to all children.
